Hi MerleFest Friends! Please read the entire description before reserving your tent. We do not provide a specific campsite location. We will set up your campsite at one of the popular area campgrounds: Wilkesboro Campground (Sewerfest), Rivers Edge, YMCA, or Moravian Falls. You must first secure your site by making a reservation with the facility directly. After you have your campground reservation and have purchased your campsite with us, simply send us a message directing us to your campsite!
Every Tent Comes With:
- Doormat
- Carpet
- Cot (select quantity)
- Sleeping Pad (for cot)
- Tent Light
- Camp Chair(s)
- Wash Water Jug (only available upon advance request)
- Collapsible Cooler (only available upon advance request)
Available Tent Sizes:
- Medium Tent - Up to 2 cots - $295
- Large Tent - Up to 3 cots - $355
All tents come with cots and/or sleeping pads, free of charge. If you would prefer to bring your own air mattress, just select "0" for the number of cots provided in your tent. Sleeping bags and pillows may be added for an additional fee of $20 per person. A limited number of heavy and child-size sleeping bags are available upon advance request. Send us a message if you have a question or needs that are not listed in the options above.
You can also add the following amenities (you must reserve a tent to rent any of the following items):
- Private Hot Water Shower - $65
- Canopy with Table - $105
- Canopy with Table & Kitchen - $165
- Coffee Supplies (Single burner stove, kettle, & coffee press. Does not include coffee grounds or cups) - $45
- MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY COTS OR BEDDING SELECTED WHEN ORDERING THESE ITEMS OR IT WILL SAY "UNAVAILABLE"
*Reservations DO NOT include admission to the festivals OR campground fees. Prices are for the entire weekend, 4 nights, Wednesday through Sunday. No onsite sales, all reservations must be made in advance.
